Still snow! On thursday I admired the space in front of our garage, as almost all ice on the ground was gone. I smiled to myself; "finally" i thought! Well, let's not get ahead of ourselves... I have to go out and shovel some snow today.. Jostein took care of it yesterday, but it just keeps snowing.
Speaking of snow; the winter olympics are now in progress, and we thought Norway would get like 13 gold medals. So far we have one. We rule. (Then again we have lots of medals, and some countries would celebrate for years, put we are a bit picky... we want gold!). Crap.
Actually this whole week was a bit crap. We were supposed to go to a Briskeby (great Norwegian band) concert on thursday; cancelled due someone being sick. And then we were ready for a lovely weekend in Oslo; cancelled due to stupid snow and crappy weather. But we make the best of it, and yesterday we invited Line for tacopizza and had a cozy night in. Today we bought new candy for Anne, our bunny. (No, she's not a playboy-bunny but a regular furry one with cute ears...)
Exactly one year ago, I was at the Officers Club in Abu Dhabi of the United Arab Emirates, and Emirates Palace Hotel for the e-ducation without borders 2005. I'll find some nice pictures and put them in my blog. I miss Abu Dhabi!
